That is not the Modelo Negra (or Corona) brand brewed at the Constellation Brands' Mexican breweries and sold in the US market, so the ingredients might be different. (I can't make it out from the partial label - is that brewed in AB-InBev Grupo Modelo breweries or at another of ABI breweries?).

Best Beer To Add Lime To? | Community | BeerAdvocate
In my opinion, the main reason in adding a lime to a beer is to try and hide the skunk taste in it (Corona being #1). That said, I do like adding a lime to Negra Modelo and Victoria (which can stand on their own). It’s funny, I say the lime is there to hide the skunk - but imagine drinking the skunkiest beer of all time, Heineken, with a lime.

Negro Modela - what's a better beer in this category?
To be fair here, Negra Modelo is far from a 'bad' beer. It's obviously not craft, but if it's the best beer available somewhere, I'd have no qualms drinking it. With that said, it is a vienna lager, as everyone's pointed out, so check that style and see what people here have rated as the best in the style.
