It was an interesting read! I found it kind of funny also that a lot of the points made in the paper are frequently repeated in relevant discussions here, especially against arguments that diverge widely from that 1945 evaluation (such as the horseshoe theory). It seems that as the war receded back in time and fascism was defeated, new priorities emerged and with that, new perspectives.
